Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Generation Brands has multiple exciting opportunities within our Customer Service department across our different brands.

Our customer service representatives work in a business to business environment and are responsible for handling high volume of incoming customer and sales representative phone calls regarding product and order related inquiries. The CSR will also be responsible for coordinating authorized returns and adjustments, customer credits as well as monitoring and communicating order status to internal and external customers.
